What is DrugMapper?

DrugMapper is a web-based platform, a successor of IDAAPM (Legehar et al. 2016), that integrates information on approved and investigational pharmaceutical ingredients. The entries have been clustered according to their chemical similarity and chemical scaffolds. DrugMapper allows navigation of through interactive knowledge graphs and is connected to a KNIME analytics platform. DrugMapper was developed from the Drug Discovery and Chemical Biology Biocenter Finland network, as well as for some functionalities by the SUDDEN (Sustainable Drug Discovery and Development with End-of-Life Yield) (Decision number 320210), Finnish Academy Research Council of Finland (Decision number  346568), PREMIER EU-IMI (Decision number 875508) and the Jane and Aatos Erkko foundation.
